Meet the Owner!
Scenic River Construction was founded by Travis Hamby, who recognized the need for a quality construction company in his community. Travis grew up in a small town, but always had a desire to build and solve difficult problems. This desire led him to attend Tennessee Tech University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering. Later in his career, Travis obtained a general contractor license and founded Scenic River Construction to be a fully integrated design-build company.
